Warning 2 | Receive a written warning from the ASB Treasurer
After the accrual of the 2 (two) warnings, should a club offend once more they will receive a
Strike 1 | 2 week prohibition of all financial activity (RPOs, FRs). Existing RPOs and FRs already
accepted by ASB will be placed on hold until the prohibition period ends. Required meeting with
Activities Director.
Strike Warning | Last written warning from Associated Student Body, required meeting with AD.
Should a club commit one more offense, they would advance to
Strike 2 | Ban of all club activity for the remainder of Grading Period. Should the offense happen within
2 (two) weeks of the conclusion of a Grading Period, the restriction shall carry to the next grading period,
concluding 2 (two) weeks before the conclusion of the next grading period in question.
Strike 3 | Ban and disassembling of the club for the remainder of the school year. Should the offense
occur within four (4) weeks of the conclusion of the school year, the club’s renewal charter will not be
considered by ASB.
Warning and Strikes are to be issued by the receiver of forms within the ASB cabinet by reasonable evaluation. A first
and/or second offense may be a warning or strike, depending on the severity of the offense. Once a strike is issued, it
will remain with the club until the following semester. An appeal or request for reevaluation will be allowed for
Strike 2 or 3 only. Should a club be caught or proven to have ignored or circumvented restrictions, a strike will be
immediately applied to the club record. Actions that result in a warning includes, but is not limited to: Submitting a
Final Fundraising Report more than 2 (two) days after deposit, purchasing goods after a PO number was created but
before ASB approval, submitting a complete and accurate Fundraising Request form within 1 day after given
deadline(s), being found for dishonest meeting minutes. Actions that result in a strike include, but are not limited to:
Hosting a fundraiser WITHOUT ASB approval, selling homemade food without public display of a valid,
appropriate food permit, or diverting funds away from RPOs or Fundraisers approved for other matters. The strike
system may be used to regulate other aspects of club participation, including, but not limited to: gram selling &
distribution, post-fundraiser cleanup, and general business and financial practices.
