ASB COMPLAINT FORM
Anyone can anonymously submit complaints about ASB officers regarding misconduct.  All complaints will be considered by Supreme Court.  This form is not only for sexual assault or harassment, any complaints or tips about officer misconduct can be submitted.

CONSEQUENCES
  1. Verbal Warning: Used when misconduct can be easily prevented next time, a victim requests it, or further action is not warranted.  Repeated behavior after a verbal warning can lead to probation and impeachment.
  2. Probation: No ASB participation for a set period of time.
